Hire in the US

$9,900 per US direct hire, flat

One flat fee covers a US hire for any full-time role up to Director level. $500 of it is due when the search starts, non-refundable, and the rest when your hire starts. First candidates arrive within 10 business days of the kickoff call where we define the role. You hire and pay the person directly.

Why hire in the US

A US hire works your hours, knows your market and can be in the room when it matters. And with a flat fee, the higher the salary, the more you keep.

Same Business Hours

No Overlap Math. Your hire keeps the hours your team and your customers already keep.

On-Site or Hybrid

Local When It Counts. Hire for roles that need a desk, a client visit or a sales territory.

Fluent Communication

No Language Gap. Fluent English and familiarity with US business norms from day one.

Flat Fee on Big Salaries

Pay $9,900, Not 20%. On a $120,000 role, a 20% agency charges $24,000. Our fee stays $9,900.

Market Know-How

Your Customers, Their Context. Experience with the US customers, tools and rules you work with.

US Credentials

Licensed Where Required. Hire for roles that call for a US license, certification or location.

How we screen US candidates

Before you see their brief, every US candidate has had a skills and work-sample review. It is part of every search.

1

They show the skills

We check each candidate against the skills you named at the kickoff call.

2

They do a real work sample

A task from the actual job, reviewed by our recruiters.

3

You read it before you choose

Skills and the work sample are on the brief when you decide who to interview.

Need a specific test?

Pick extra tests at the kickoff call, such as a technical test, an aptitude assessment or your own task, and every candidate arrives with the results.

No English assessment needed

The English assessment is part of Latin America searches. A US search has the skills and work-sample review.

What you arrange yourself

The salary

You set it, using published benchmarks such as the BLS medians below. With a flat $9,900 fee, we gain nothing from a lower offer or a higher one.

The employment

You hire the person directly, as your own employee. We are not the employer or the payroll provider.

The cost beyond salary

Benefits make up about 30% of what US private employers pay per hour worked (BLS, Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, June 2026).

General information only, not legal or tax advice, and not employment advice.

What common US roles pay

Median annual pay from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (May 2025), with what an agency charging 20% would bill. Our fee is $9,900 for every one of them; below $49,500, the agency costs less.

Questions about hiring in the US

Five questions about the US fee, payment, speed, break-even and the guarantee.

All questions and answers

What does a US hire cost, and what does the fee cover?

A US hire costs $9,900, flat, including $500 up front, for any full-time role up to Director level; VP and C-suite searches are out of scope.

When do I pay the US fee?

You pay $500 of the $9,900 fee when the search starts, non-refundable. The remaining $9,400 is invoiced on the hire's start date, due net 15.

How fast will I see the first US candidates?

Within 10 business days of the kickoff call where we define the role: that is when you see the first vetted US candidates.

When does a percentage agency cost less for a US role?

Below $49,500 a year, an agency charging 20% costs less than $9,900. Above that salary the flat fee costs less, and the gap grows with the salary.

What happens if my US hire leaves early?

The 180-day replacement guarantee applies. If a hire leaves, or is let go for performance, within 180 days, we search again at no fee, and each replacement gets its own guarantee from its start date.

$9,900 per US hire

$500 when the search starts, the rest when the hire starts, due net 15.

180 days guarantee

If a hire leaves in that time, we search again at no fee.
