If the hire doesn't stay, we search again for free

If your hire leaves, or is let go for performance, within 180 days of starting, we run a new search at no fee. We keep going until a hire passes 180 days, and each replacement gets its own guarantee. It's a replacement search, not a refund.

When is payment due?

We invoice on your hire's start date, due net 15. Before that, you pay $0 on a Latin America search. On a US search, $500 of the fee is due when the search starts and is non-refundable.

Which roles does the flat fee cover?

Any full-time role up to Director level, in Latin America or the US. The fee is the same whatever salary you set. VP and C-suite searches aren't covered.

What if the hire leaves early?

If they leave, or are let go for performance, within 180 days of their start date, we search again at no fee. Full guarantee terms

What if I hire someone you introduced later on?

The fee applies if you hire anyone we introduced within 12 months of the introduction.

Is anything charged on top of the flat fee?

No. The whole charge is $3,500 for a Latin America hire or $9,900 for a US hire.

When does a percentage agency cost less?

Only on lower salaries: below $49,500 for a US hire at a 20% rate, or below $14,000 for a Latin America hire at 25%.
