Privacy policy: what our form collects and how we use it
This policy covers the request form on this site and the services that handle what you send through it.
What we collect
The request form records what a visitor types into the fields below, with the date and time of each request and the page it was sent from.

- Market to hire in: Latin America or the US
- Role being hired for
How we use it
Information from the form is used only to reply to the request within 1 business day and to run the search the visitor asked about. It is never sold.
Who processes it
Nexcess hosts the website. Cloudflare provides the content network and security in front of it. Form notifications are sent by email through Mailgun to the company's Microsoft business mailbox.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are deleted after 90 days.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies when someone browses it without logging in.
Your choices
A visitor can use the request form on this site to ask what information is held about them or ask for it to be deleted. Requests receive a reply within 1 business day.

Updates are published here; the version on this page is the one in force.
